These pillows are loud like crumbling plastic. I can not why the outer layer is made with such a hard and loud material. So upset I paid so much for this.Update: The merchant reached out to me and offered a refund or replacement. I truly wanted a comfortable pillow, so I opted for replacement. The new ones must be the why there is such praise over these pillows!! It’s like what I would imagine sleeping on a cloud is like and the customer service is beyond and above!! Happy Sleeper Now!!
