After shoulder surgery this was a blessing. Wedge is very firm and gives great support!I have chronic back pain from sitting most of the day, either working at my desk or watching tv, reading in bed / on the couch. This pillow not only helped alleviate my back pain, but is also extremely comfortable to lie on. The dense foam provides a lot more support than traditional pillows. The case is soft and plush, and both wedge pieces can be unzipped and washed. I mostly use the pillow in the upright position, but have also tried undoing the Velcro and lying on a lower incline when it’s nearing bedtime or using it under my knees/legs to improve circulation. This is a high quality, comfortable, and versatile pillow. I’m about to order a second one so my husband stops stealing mine!The pillow arrived vacum packed and decompressed pretty much about 20 mins after the packaging was removed. I ordered this pillow because I have been experiencing some neck/shoulder pain, and sleeping on the side makes the pain worse. I needed a pillow to help train myself to sleep on my back. The cover is very velvety and comfortable to lay on. I have machine washed it the cover once when I received it, it keeps it’s shape and form very well. The ability to change the shape/height of the pillow is a bonus. I didn't think I would care about the convenient carrying handle, but I actually do bring this pillow with me to couch in my living room quite often.It's comfortable but my back still hurts and I still sleep in 2 different placesThis pillow saved me time and money by not going to physical therapy. I have knee pain while sleeping and this pillow allows me to sleep on my back which allows me to stretch the knees. The cover feels very soft and luxurious. My husband loves napping on it.
