I had been on the hunt for several months for a sleeper ottoman. It was especially hard to find one to meet my specifications: beige, sturdy, built for Adult size (not child), etc. This fit the bill and more! Unfortunately, the first ottoman sent has a slight tear and velcro for the skirting wasn't attached. Seller provided excellent customer service: excellent communication,two options to remedy the problem, timely shipment. The replacement arrived in perfect condition. I'm thrilled! I've slept on it as a sleeper bed, and it was very comfortable. I love being able to prop my head up slightly. My only caution is to be extremely careful folding the skirting so to not catch in the hinge when converting from an ottoman to a sleeper bed. Overall, highly recommend!
