I ordered the 20 x 20 inch white pillow covers and they are definitely white. I laid them on top of some “sand” colored sheets to give you an idea of how white they are, however, my lighting in that room isn’t the greatest. Despite the photo making it seem a bit ivory, they’re actually pure white with no yellow or cream undertones to them. If you’re looking for a true pure white, these are it.As far as softness…they’re SOFT. Trust me. Or don’t. But you’ll see how soft they are if you order them.Durability: They seem super strong and durable. The zipper is hidden and looks sewn on really well so I’m not worried about the zipper breaking off or anything like that. The fabric itself is super thick and feels high quality.Overall I’d highly recommend these. I could see these being in a high end store costing four times as much. Great value! I’m super picky when it comes to anything decor wise. I prefer only the best but being that I’m a single mom, I have to do a bit of homework to find the best deal’s possible.Oh, and if you’re looking for inserts, I bought the Oubonun 22 x 22 inch inserts (they say size up on insert for your cover) and they are so freaking awesome and cozy and fluffy!!!
