Had some issues with the first one I received. I do believe it was a shipping issue that caused the problem. I talked to customer service and was sent a replacement within two days. Very pleased! Excellent product, will get more for my other rooms.I purchased this item to give my bed a luxurious feel. It is gray velvet and tufted. It is large and we leave it on our bed all the time . It is well worth the money. I wished it had come in pure white but am happy with the gray. If you are hesitant there is no need to be! The quality is great and one of the most comfortable pillows I have ever used. No matter how I squish, fold, or toss it around, it always go back to the normal shape and they stays cool throughout the night! 10/10 would Highly Recommend!It’s a great pillow, but it is constructed poorly, with no more than pulling it on and off the bed to make the bed in a few days the buttons started popping off. They are almost all off now. Poor construction.It looks so much cheaper in person, you can see it’s not good quality. It looks nothing like the picture, the green is completely different and all around the buttons is scraggly white threads and you can even see through the huge gaping holes around the buttons to the white inside of the pillow. I am so so disappointedThe buttons are attached loosely and a few ripped off the day I received it
